They can show you their screen. There is nothing here for you to sign up to, and nothing here we could unlock for you.
Payroll, a bank, a register — an office that already knows you can publish a sealed tag. The file stays with them. We keep the tag, not the name.
A lender or collections desk may ask whether that tag exists, if the rules of that ask allow it. They do not receive your story from us.
To stop it, you tell the publisher. We get a signal, not a login. We cannot open a cabinet they already filled.
It is tempting to fold a record into one word — complete, or incomplete — or into a percentage of your life. Both would let you stop reading at the wrong time. So each holder keeps three flags apart.
How recently that office published. It is a freshness note. It is not completeness. A result without it is not shown at all.
A gap in what they published. A gap is not the same as being old, and it is not the same as a missing file.
They have not said “this is everything we hold”. Nobody having said so is different from someone having said the opposite.
No single “incomplete” badge. No fake percentage of your life. If the rest were known, it would not be missing.
