A normal day.

Three desks. One matching service. Nobody here keeps a name file.

Three desks

Morning — lender

The officer types a reference their own system already has. Not a national id into our box. They ask the bank that did the ownership check.

Yes: they request papers from the bank. No: they use their own process. The file, if any, goes bank to lender. It does not pass through us.

Afternoon — collections

Before the call, they ask payroll. Did this person allow a confirmation of work. They do not get pay. They get yes or no.

If they stop paying us, new asks stop. Old yeses already on their desk stay. We cannot open their cabinet.

The rule below is theirs too. Same three facts in, same six left out.

You — no account

You do not register here. Binding happens at the publisher, with the id they already use. Lost keys: they sign again there. There is no reset door here.

To stop a tag, you tell that office. We get a signal, not a login.

What the lender may put in the ask

This is the consent-share walkthrough, in the language of the morning desk. The bank already checked who owns the firm. The lender asks whether a sealed tag exists for that check. Three facts may go in. Six things stay out.

3 in

The identity note may carry only these:

  1. The firm’s legal-entity id.
  2. A qualified eID or seal — that it was used, not which vendor’s app.
  3. Ownership or control at signing time. A state at that moment. Not a life story.

6 out — do not collect

These do not go in the identity note, and they are not smuggled in as extra lights:

  1. Risk scores, PEP lists, or sanctions lists.
  2. Why you were allowed to ask — not a highlighted asker signal. Consent is how this ask is allowed. That fact is not a lamp on your screen.
  3. How strong the publisher’s seal was — not a highlighted asker signal. Seal strength stays in the papers between you and the bank. It is not a desk light here.
  4. A list of who is allowed to publish. We do not keep an authorised-publisher registry. You pick the bank you already trust.
  5. Coverage, a break in the record, or a completeness note. Those are not packed into this identity answer.
  6. Free-text address, date of birth, or contact details.

The same three in and six out govern the afternoon desk. Collections asks a different office a different question, and may still put in only those three facts. There is no longer list for a harder ask.

Matching does not reject on register age. If the public-register row is old, we still answer. Whether that age is good enough is your call, not a hard stop here.

What yes and no cost

Yes and no cost the same, so the bill cannot leak the answer.
